Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our team at sales@harnessplugs.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Missing Items

We stand behind the quality of our products.

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing parts, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll cover all costs associated with replacements or corrections in these cases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified are not eligible for return.

  • Custom or clearance items may be final sale unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
